Welcome!

Welcome to our website!

Sutton Youth Service provides a forward thinking, fun and dynamic service for young people in Sutton.

Sutton Youth Service is open to ALL young people aged between 11 – 21 years (up to 25 years with special needs). We provide activities and opportunities that combine enjoyment, challenge and learning enabling young people to have a voice, influence and place in their community.

We have four youth centres across the borough as well as a
mobile youth centre, known as the URBIE bus that provide
regular sessions during term time and holidays.

There are always new and exciting things to do and people to meet!

What is Youth Work and Why Should I Get Involved?

Youth work helps you to learn about yourself, others and society through
informal educational activities which combine fun, positive challenges
and learning. Youth workers will work with you to promote your
personal and social development, to encourage positive choice
making and to give you a voice in society.

Your engagement with the Youth Service is voluntary and you can get
involved with different clubs and groups across the Service.

By attending Youth Service provision you will be able to access a wide
range of services and positive activities such as arts and crafts, sports
and music, issue-based discussions with youth workers and peers,
accreditations such as AQA, Asdan and Youth Achievement Awards or
get involved in projects such as the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme
or Youth FM.
