Sutton Students Drum Up a Storm

As part of Black History Month, during half term, Sutton's Young People
were invited to a workshop to learn to play African drums.


The workshop run by Sutton Youth Service involved 30 African drums and a tutor to teach drumming skills including the cultural background of the instruments and the music. There were also stalls with African food to taste.
